Druviq is a price comparison service — your booking, payment and ticket live with the partner you booked on (the airline, Aviasales, Booking.com, etc.). Contact that partner's support directly with your booking reference; they can change, cancel or refund. We can't access bookings, but if a partner link on our site misbehaves, tell us and we'll investigate.
Airfares are dynamic and can move between our last update and the partner's checkout page. The price shown at checkout is always the final one. If you spot a fare on Druviq that's consistently wrong, send us the route and screenshot — it helps us fix the feed faster.
